Green REV Institute is a green, vegan advocacy think tank that works for a just food system transition connecting the dots on the map of animal rights, human rights and climate. REV is active in 7 international advocacy coalitions, is one of 10 NGOs in the EU Animal Welfare Platform and is accredited to the UN Environment Programme (UNEP). It effectively advocates for sustainable food and agriculture, stands up for the right to live in a clean environment and supports the fight against factory farms. It forms the largest advocacy coalition of civil society organisations for food system transition Future Food 4 Climate.

A just transition is not just about energy and transport. Without fixing the food and agriculture system we will not ensure food security, we will not save biodiversity, we will not stop deforestation, water, soil, air pollution. Without a fair food system transition, we will not stop industries that destroy people's health and lives and cause food poverty. The European Union, the Member States are creating a system that we can change through citizen participation and effective green advocacy. The European Green Deal, the Farm to Fork Strategy, the EU Biodiversity Strategy 2030, the Framework for a Sustainable Food System need strong advocacy to be effectively implemented. We teach advocacy for food system repair, show solutions and pass on our experience and knowledge to support young people in their fight for the planet.
